Shipping

1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following international shipping options:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (such as APO, FPO, or DPO). 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for specific information regarding these fees.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and provide your tracking number.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure all shipping details are correct and entered in English when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

8. Delays: Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for these delays but will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
