Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items under the following terms and exceptions:
General Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and verify the returned items are in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping fees, if applicable).
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, and it may take up to two weeks for the refund to show on your statement.
- We are not liable for returns resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, recipient unavailability, or unpaid customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products fall under specific return policies, as detailed below.
Food & Beverages:
- Food and beverage products cannot be returned or replaced unless they are defective or damaged.
- If you encounter a defective or damaged item, please contact Customer Service for help.
Health Products:
- Health-related items, such as supplements, dietary products, medications, and medical devices, are non-returnable and non-replaceable unless defective or damaged.

Steps to Return Your Items:
- Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item, providing your order number and the reason for return.
- Make sure to send the return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Pack the item(s) with the original packaging and all accessories.
- Ship the return using a trackable service of your choice.
After we receive and inspect the item(s), refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.
